RF-224 Flexi Sand

1. Surfaces must be levelled with at least 4mm depth.

2. In case of applying aluminum groove, make a 5-7mm depth by 2mm width groove, clean the groove, and apply RHINOZ Alu-Fix on the aluminum and the floor groove. Place the aluminum along the pattern and leave it to dry for 30 minutes.

3. Apply RHINOZ Flexi Sand Primer then leave to dry for 1-2 hours.

4. Using mixer to mix RHINOZ Flexi Sand part A and B at low speed for 1-2 minutes and mix in part C (sand) and continue to mix for 2-3 minutes.

5. Pour the sand (mixture of part A, B and C) onto the desired area and use trowel to spread and press until levelled. Leave it dry for 30 minutes.

6. Spray RHINOZ Anti-Stick on trowel and press down the sand until smooth and firm within 1 hour after mixing.

7. Leave it to completely dry at least 24 hours before use.
